The table shows the journal's impact for the current year, i.e. in the latest issue of the JBR. The scores are initially (by default) listed according to the tier of the journal (column tier). By selecting the desired criterion in the header, journals can be listed according to the scores for the other indicators. The scores may be displayed in the ascending Table heading: Impact ![]() Table heading: Bibliometric quality ![]() By clicking the abbreviated title of the journal, users open the page showing the full name of the journal and its bibliometric portrait. On the Ranking page, users may select the research field, the indicator type, the classification type and the year for which to display the results of the analysis. When all journals are selected (option - All - from the drop-down list), the results are displayed for all journals, page by page. The label new accompanies the journals that appear in the JBR for the first time. The label qc accompanies the journals that use an online journal management platform, either local or international, ensuring quality control, whereas the pqc label stands next to those journals where only partial quality control is ensured. For journals listed in JCR, but not indexed in SCIndeks, values a-cit, h-cit, and i-cit are not collected. Consequently, CEON impact factors for those journals are not calculated. The same applies for suspended journals. Their values/indicators are collected/calculated, but not displayed in the Ranking table. To all above journals and variables are assigned missing values ("-"). Bibliometric quality indicators are calculated and displayed only for the SCIndeks journals which are permanently monitored and controlled for the quality. |
